ONCE SIGNED THIS PROPOSAL BECOMES CONTRACT FOR WORK PERFORMED BY CFI. ALL WORK CASH UPON COMPLETION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.

Terms:
Cash or check upon completion of work. 1.5% interest charged on balance 10 days after invoice receipt. Prices presume completion of all work indicated, unless specified and agreed upon otherwise. Additional work: Labor: $65/per man/per hour; Truck & Chipper combo: $50/per hour. Stump grinder, aerial lift, and all other equipment plus truck $60/each per hour. Arborist consultation time $175/per hour. Labor Supervisor/Certified Arborist $85/per hour. Certified Arborist journeyman $75/per hour. Ground Laborer $65/per hour. By signing this form, the customer grants CFI permission to treat, at customer expense, any imminent tree hazard discovered during contract execution. Hourly work includes move in/move out ("mobilization") of equipment and drive time portal-to-portal. *CFI is NOT responsible for utilities not marked by CLS (sewer, sprinkler, invisible fence, lighting, etc). CFI reserves the right to reschedule work based upon excessive animal waste. All costs associated with rescheduling will be billed at hourly rates quoted above.
